Originating from Provence, France, this certified organic Blanc is a vibrant blend of 90% Vermentino and 10% Ugni Blanc, crafted to showcase purity, freshness, and Mediterranean brightness.

On the nose, it opens with zesty citrus, white peach, and fresh pear, complemented by delicate floral notes and a hint of saline minerality. The palate is crisp, clean, and dry, with less than
1 g/L residual sugar
, which enhances its linear, refreshing profile.

With an alcohol content of 12.88%, the wine remains light and elegant, offering lively acidity and a subtle texture. Expect flavors of lemon zest, green apple, and a hint of almond, ending with a bright, refreshing finish that reflects its coastal Provençal origin.

Ideal as an aperitif or paired with fresh salads, grilled vegetables, shellfish, or light Mediterranean dishes.
